Polling District and Station Review

Every five years, West Devon Borough Council has to hold a full review of the polling districts and polling places in their area.  The review is about the polling districts and places, with the polling stations being considered as part of the process.

The initial consultation is now open and will close on Friday 20 September.

The categories for comment include:

  • Boundaries,

  • Transport,

  • Location,

  • Size Suitability.

After the review of polling districts and places, the Returning Officer then has to make a decision about the where the situation of the polling station should be within the polling place and will take these comments into consideration.

We would like to hear your positive or negative opinions to give a clear view of residents’ thoughts on the polling review.
